OF KUROKI GOISHI TEN |
| KUROKI GOISHI TEN was established
in 1917 by Mr. Soujiro Kuroki and has since become a top
producer of Go stones and equipment. KUROKI GOISHI TEN
continues the traditional way of producing Go Stones using
the hands of craftsmen and with the best quality materials
available from nature. Each and every stone goes through
a 3-month, 24-stage process during which every craftsman
touches the stone at least once, sees it with his/her
own eyes, talks to it and turns it into a piece of art
that interacts with the proud owner. KUROKI GOISHI TEN
is located at Hyuga city, Japan, along the beautiful 4
km long Okuragahama beach. At present, Hyuga city is the
only place where Go stones in Japan from natural materials
are being produced. |
